90 Day Free Return

Changed your mind? No problem! You can return the item within 90 days after purchase date

Undamaged Dream Guard product is entitled for a 90 Day free return with no questions asked, and we'll cover the return postage.  

Once the item has returned to Dream Guard's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have screen protection film still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have all the accessories and packages in a resell condition.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at support@dreamguard.org, and include your Order ID, Name and Shipping Address. If you have your order confirmation email, please reply that email to request return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided, with the original Dream Guard product packaging and Shipping Box. It's ok to use a similar size box, if you don't have the original shipping box, but it's the customer's responsibility if the items are damaged during the shipping process. 

Additional Information:

  • Process time: We'll process your refund or send out a replacement item in 1-2 days after received and inspected your returned item.
  • Shipping fee: We'll cover the Australia Domestic shipping fee within 90 days for eligible returns, we'll confirm with you via email.
  • Restock fee: There's no restock fee if the item is undamaged and in resell condition. Otherwise, a small fee may be charged.

Warranty Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits under this Warranty Policy are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    What is covered?

    Under the warranty policy, Dream Guard warrants that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Within the warranty, it is at the discretion of DREAM GUARD to decide whether products under warranty are repaired or replaced.

    This warranty is only valid where you have used the product in accordance with any recommendations or instructions provided by Dream Guard.

    If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all shipping, labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product.

    What is NOT covered?

    The warranty does not cover any damage caused by incorrect mounting, negligent operation, dropping, impact, misuse, liquid ingress, extreme temperatures or any other physical damage caused by anything other than normal use etc., or normal wear and tear.

    It does not cover any Dream Guard products purchased outside Australia.

    Warranty Claim

    In order to claim the warranty, you must contact us at support@dreamguard.org with your issue and order number, and return the product. Dream Guard will repair, replace or refurbish the product at its discretion. We will update you via email when the product is dispatched.

    All costs involved in claiming this warranty, including the cost of sending the product to Dream Guard, will be borne by you. 

    It's your responsibility to secure and protect the product from damage or scratch at shipping.
